1) The reservation of the ticket for the tour must be done at least, 48 hours before the trip for just one person in party, in case of groups where the charter service is needed; the reservation must be completed one week in advance.

2) The ticket is not transferable and it will be used only and exclusively by the person to whom it was issued. The change in the name on the ticket is not allowed.

3) Each ticket is valid to travel in the route, previously specified when completing the reservation and the ticket is issued. After 24 hours of the date of ticket issuance, a USD$ 5.00 (five North American dollars) additional charge will be applied for every route change; therefore, a new ticket will be issued referencing the previous one which validity gets automatically lost.

4) The ticket will be valid only for the date shown on the reservation, and it will be the date selected by the customer.

5) The date change in the reservation can be made between 48 and 72 hours before the date of the tour, at the ticket holder’s request, only if there is availability on the new date and tour for reserving; therefore a USD$ 5.00 (five North American dollars) additional charge will be applied. In case of high season, and unavailability of spots for the new tour, the reservation can be canceled as well as the amount paid for the tour can be reimbursed within one week after the cancelation if an electronic payment was issued and immediately if a cash payment was completed.

6) If the customer cancels any reservation, a 20% surcharge fee over the total paid amount will be applied for administrative costs and it will be effective within 48 hours after the cancelation.

7) Transportation is included in the price of the selected tour package, giving the right to the customer to be picked up and returned, only to where it is hosted.

8) The microbus will be available for groups with a minimum of 6 people. If fewer people groups or individuals, the tour will be in a car with all the comfort, respecting the visit to all destinations offered in the selected tourist package without altering the price of it..

9) The passenger must be ready when being picked up at the place of stay and at the previously defined hour when making the reservation for the trip, otherwise the service may not be used because the delay may affect the travel time.

10) TOUR BACKPACKER can make modifications to the travel itinerary when in his judgment it deems appropriate for reasons that at the moment of the tour, the programmed route gets affected.

11) TOUR BACKPACKER reserves the right NOT to address in their conveyances, customers drunk or under the influence of some toxic drugs, narcotics or psychotropic substances, which puts the safety and comfort of other passengers at risk.

12) Each passenger will have the right to carry only one hand luggage and also have time to buy crafts at the sites included in the tour. Acquisitions may be carried back to the customer’s place of stay, while they fit in the compartment assigned for that purpose.

13) TOUR BACKPACKER is not responsible for items left in the car or microbus (whichever it is the case), or in the places visited. Hand luggage goes to the care and will be the sole responsibility of the passenger.

14) Infants (children under 3 years old) are exempt from paying ticket, but they must travel on the arms of their parents or person in charge of them. A discount of 15% on the purchase of tickets for children from 4 to 6 years of age will be applied.
